INOVA+ is a company specialised in supporting the growth of organisations through innovation, international cooperation, digital transformation and access to funding. We promote, manage and develop innovation projects across Europe.
We are looking for an experienced External Consultant to lead the co-development of business models of climate change adaptation solutions. The solutions are being tested in pilot actions in several countries in a European-funded project. The position is part-time.
Main tasks & responsibilities:
Lead the process of co-development of business models for different climate change adaptation solutions;
Develop, lead, and participate in online and presential meetings and workshops to co-develop business models;
Represent INOVA+ at events;
Produce a detailed report about the business model development;
Work in partnership with INOVA+ and other project members.
Requisitos da vaga
At least a Master´s degree in business, economics or finance;
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in international projects;
Experience or technical understanding of the concepts of Climate Change, Adaptation to Climate Change, and Nature-Based Solutions (NbS);
Availability to dedicate 2-3 days a week (part-time position);
Experience in developing business models;
Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
Autonomy in coordinating, managing, and implementing tasks, including the organisation of collaborative and structured working sessions such as workshops;
Availability to travel internationally;
Excellent domain of written and spoken English (mandatory);
Good command of MS Office.
